Data Storage Policy

Your files are stored in private, encrypted storage with access through short-lived signed links. Database and storage are hosted with a managed cloud provider. Backups are taken daily with at least 30 days of retention. We keep order files for up to seven years unless you request erasure and the law permits it. You can request a copy or deletion of your data from your profile.
