Refund & Cancellation Policy

Documents and filings
- Cancel before the professional starts work: full refund of the professional's fee.
- Cancel after work has started and before delivery: 50% of the professional's fee is refunded.
- After delivery: no refund, except through a dispute raised within the dispute window (7 days from delivery by default).
Consultations
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the slot: full refund.
- Later cancellation: no refund.
- If the professional cancels or does not attend: full refund.
Government and stamp fees
Refundable only if they have not yet been paid to the authority.
Quote-based engagements
Governed by the milestone terms in your accepted quote. Unpaid milestones fall away on cancellation; completed milestones are not refundable.
Gateway charges
Not refunded unless the platform is at fault.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days after approval.
