About these terms
Registration360 ("we", "the platform") is a technology platform that connects clients with independent legal, accounting, secretarial and consulting professionals ("professionals"). By using the platform you agree to these terms.
We are an intermediary
Registration360 is not a law firm and does not itself give legal advice. Services are provided by independent professionals who are responsible for their own advice and work. A professional-client relationship arises between you and the professional when you accept their engagement terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Orders, prices and payment
Prices shown are starting prices unless stated otherwise and, where indicated, include applicable taxes. Government, stamp and similar fees are charged separately at actuals. Payments are made online through our payment partner. Quotes are valid for the period stated in them.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Your content
You own the documents and information you upload. You give us and the assigned professional permission to use them only to deliver your order. Do not upload anything unlawful.
Taking work off the platform
Professionals and clients agree not to move paid work off the platform to avoid fees while an engagement originated here.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the advice, acts or omissions of professionals, or for delays by authorities. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the fees you paid to the platform for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the updated version with its effective date.
