You, the professional assigned to your order, and authorised staff when needed to support you or resolve disputes. Service providers such as payment, email and hosting partners process data on our behalf.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements. Order files are normally kept for up to seven years; inactive enquiries are deleted after about 24 months; invoices are kept as required by tax law.

Your rights
