Independent status

Professionals are independent contractors and not employees of Registration360.

Verification

You must provide accurate credentials and keep them current. We may verify and re-verify at any time.

Quality and conduct

Deliver work with due care and skill, within the agreed timeline, and follow applicable professional rules, including rules on advertising and solicitation.

Confidentiality

Keep client information confidential and use it only to deliver the order.

Fees and payouts

Clients pay the platform. The platform retains its service fee and pays you the balance after delivery and the holding period, against your invoice or bill of supply, after any tax deducted at source as required by law.

Off-platform conduct

Do not take work that started on the platform off the platform.

Termination

We may pause or end your listing for breach, poor quality, or client harm. You may leave at any time after completing open orders.
