EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made on ______ between ______ (the "Employer") and ______ (the "Employee").
1. Appointment
The Employer appoints the Employee as ______, with effect from ______, at ______. The Employee shall perform the duties assigned and report as directed by the Employer.
2. Remuneration
The Employee's annual cost to company is ______, payable monthly, subject to deduction of tax and statutory contributions as required by law.

There is no probation period.
4. Leave and working hours
